Maksym Varenyk is a young, ambitious photographer and award-winning filmmaker who was born and raised in Ukraine and is based in Los Angeles, California.

 

As a photographer and storyteller, he is drawn to queer narratives and pushing boundaries of representation in his work. His visual style varies from avant-garde concepts with stylized lighting and vibrant colors to naturalistic photographs shot on film.
